Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc in Norco/Corona is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. We provide pediatric OT in clinic, ranch, and telehealth settings with hippotherapy as part of our evidence-based plan.

You will deliver direct OT services to children, document progress, prepare materials, and support families with home programs. We promote collaboration, growth, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid California COTA license is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.
• CPR certification and Livescan clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children per treatment plans.
• Help patients increase independence in daily living activities.
• Document patient performance and tally data.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for sessions.
• Adapt materials as needed for each patient.
• Deliver services in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and staff.
• Develop home exercise programs after discharge and train families.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
