Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver pediatric therapy in clients’ homes across Texas. We offer PRN, part-time, and full-time roles with flexible caseloads in a therapist-owned environment.

As an OTA, you will work under an OT, guide families, document progress, and contribute to high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance. Benefits and professional development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state OT license.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under OT supervision.
• Maintain caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor and staff.
• Document patient progress promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with administrative staff for support.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Possibly back up other caseloads as needed.
• Comply with company policies.
