Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited COTA program.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized pediatric OT treatment plans under supervision.
• Educate families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain productivity targets while delivering high-quality care.
• Document progress notes, billing, and treatment justifications in timeframes.
• Utilize EMR and Office 365 for scheduling and communications.
• Coordinate care with clinical team, parents/guardians, and supervising OT.
• Manage assigned caseload and complete related clerical tasks.
• Provide therapy services across Easterseals programs as needed.
