• Completes all the essential functions of the Orthopedic Technician Entry role and demonstrates casting skills, including hand-based casts.
• Identifies patient/family learning needs and provides education per guidelines.
• Works with the multidisciplinary team to deliver family-centered care.
• Maintains efficient clinic flow and manages room utilization.
