NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY seeks an Operating Room Technician I for the Pediatric OR, Day shift. You will function as scrub person, circulation assistant, and a key member of the surgical team, assisting in care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment.

This full-time role requires NBSTSA certification (or dates provided for new graduates), completion of an approved OR tech program, and a high school diploma. On-site presence is required at NYP/Weill Cornell.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a certified Surgical Technologist/OR Technician program or equivalent experience in an acute care OR.
• NBSTSA Certification (or date to be provided by new graduate) required within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Serve as scrub person and circulation assistant within the Pediatric OR.
• Support physicians and surgical team during a wide range of general pediatric procedures.
• Assist in care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the OR.
