Job description

Pediatric Operating Room – Surgical Technologist

Monday – Thursday, straight nights:
9 p – 7 a (40 hours) or 7 p – 7 a (48 hours)
no weekends, no on call

Job Responsibilities

Be part of a multidisciplinary team that cares for pediatric patients across the age continuum. Specialties include general surgery, urology, dental, OMFS, neurosurgery, plastics, burns, ENT, and orthopaedics. Must be a Certified Surgical Technician or meet NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824. Pediatric experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Tech License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) years of experience, OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• Able to scrub and circulate
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience
