Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Carolinas Medical Center Pediatric Operating Room. You will join a pediatric OR team delivering high-quality care across multiple specialties in a collaborative environment.

As an RN, you will provide and coordinate patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and a positive patient and family experience. Full-time night shifts with 12-hour hours and a sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
