Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing seeks an experienced OR RN (Peds) for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, OH. This PRN/W2 opportunity requires OR experience, Ohio RN license, and BSN. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential to ensure patient safety during surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Perform assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assist physician in executing the plan of care and ensure continuity between the patient care unit and OR.
