Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity offers self-scheduling and W2 employment status, with work in the OR (Peds) and emphasis on patient safety during surgery.

Requirements include Ohio RN license, BSN (or in progress), 2 years of OR (Peds) experience, BLS, ACLS, with PALS preferred; CNOR is highly preferred. Help us provide high-quality pediatric perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assessments for pediatric surgical patients in the OR.
• Assist the surgeon and ensure continuity of care between PACU and the OR.
