Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced OR RN (Pediatrics) for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN role offers self-scheduling with competitive $48–$52/hr pay and W2 employment status.

Responsibilities include perioperative nursing care, patient assessments, and collaboration with surgical teams to ensure safe operative experiences for young patients. Ohio RN license and active BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must have OR (Peds) experience and pediatric perioperative skills.
• Active Ohio RN license required with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CNOR preferred; PALS a plus; credentialing complete before start.

Responsibilities

• The OR RN provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room and conducts assessments during surgery.
• Collaborates with physicians to implement the care plan and ensures continuity of care between units.
