Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, with a significant pediatrics skill set.
• Proficiency in laparoscopic surgery and scrubbing surgical procedures.
• Ability to float to other facilities as needed.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred; Trauma Level I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in pediatric surgical cases, ensuring patient safety.
• Support physicians and nursing team during procedures across multiple pediatric OR cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare instruments and equipment for surgeries.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
