• Minimum Work Experience: 2 years; at least 2 years OR experience in Neurosurgery, Ortho, Ortho-Spine, General Surgery, Colorectal, ENT, Davinci Robotic, Kidney transplant (Required).
• 1 year Pediatric OR experience preferred (Preferred).
• Required Skills/Knowledge: proficient in hospital orientation, strong organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans.
• Serves as liaison to patients, families, and operating room team.
• Prepares OR; assembles equipment, supplies, implants; ensures functionality and availability.
• Delivers perioperative patient- and family-centered care using evidence-based practices.
