Valley Children’s Healthcare is seeking an Operating Room Technician to support a multi-disciplinary perioperative team in a busy pediatric hospital environment. You will assist with procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and scrub staff in a fast-paced OR setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an OR technician program, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Minimum six months related experience preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of an Operating Room Technician training program required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and indirect patient/family care under physician/RN supervision.
• Collects data pertinent to patient assessment with emphasis on physiological, psychosocial, environmental and cognitive status.
• Perform duties within scope of training and Valley Children's Healthcare policies.
