Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA seeks a Perioperative Services Technician to prepare the OR and assist during surgeries, working 8-hour evening shifts as part of a 0.6 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Post high school vocational training in a related health care field preferred.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification.
• Minimum two years of recent patient care experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in an operating room environment preferred.
• Previous experience troubleshooting medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room suite and equipment prior to surgeries.
• Provide assistance to the OR staff during surgeries/procedures.
• Coordinate supplies and equipment across shifts.
