Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks an Office Supervisor for Primary Care at Lake Nona in Orlando, FL. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations and supports providers to ensure a positive patient experience within a single clinic.

Responsibilities include staff orientation, scheduling, payroll coordination in Kronos, budget adherence, front desk oversight, and compliance with OSHA/CLIA/COLA standards to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of specialized training beyond high school.
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience required.
• Travel to other primary care locations for coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, day-to-day practice supervision to a single practice.
• Assist in orientation, direction, and evaluation of clerical and clinical staff.
• Ensure a satisfying patient experience; monitor patient flow and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and maintain staff and provider schedules; manage payroll in Kronos.
• Oversee front desk functions and participate in registration, charging, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain OSHA/CLIA/COLA compliance and oversee facility safety.
