Nemours is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our Orthopedic team in Orlando, Florida. This full-time role focuses on clinical quality, patient safety, and financial performance within assigned divisions, promoting a patient- and family-centered care model.

You will supervise ambulatory clinic staff, ensure appropriate staffing, provide coaching and annual performance reviews, and collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory readiness and support quality improvement initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Florida Nursing License required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Ambulatory leadership experience preferred.
• Travel to other locations is required.
