Job summary

Nemours is seeking an Office Supervisor (Primary Care, Downtown Orlando) to join our pediatric primary care team in Orlando, Florida. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day supervision, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience within a single practice.

Under the Practice Manager's direction, you will monitor patient flow, assist in staff evaluations, manage scheduling, and help maintain the financial health of the practice while upholding Nemours standards of care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Specialized training beyond high school (1 year).
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience.
• Travel to other primary care locations as needed for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, day-to-day practice supervision under the direction of the Practice Manager and in collaboration with practice providers.
• Coordinate and supervise clerical and clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience and financially successful practice.
• Monitor patient flow, rounds, and satisfaction metrics; implement improvements with manager guidance.
• Schedule staff and providers; manage payroll-related tasks and staffing levels.
