Job summary

Nemours is seeking an Office Supervisor (Primary Care, Lake Nona) on a full-time basis to join the Orlando, Florida team. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision, staff coordination, and delivering a high-quality patient experience within a single practice.

You will monitor patient flow, staff performance, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The position supports the Practice Manager and providers and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Specialized (1 year of training beyond high school).
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience required.
• Travel to other primary care locations as needed for coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, day-to-day practice supervision for a single primary care location.
• Coordinate and maintain staff and provider schedules; monitor staffing levels and payroll needs.
• Monitor patient flow, rounds, and patient satisfaction; implement improvements with the manager.
• Serve as liaison between providers and staff to ensure effective communication.
• Oversee front desk operations, registrations, billing reconciliation and month-end financials.
