Job summary

Abbott in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Pediatric Office Sales Specialist to promote Abbott Nutrition products in pediatric and obstetric office settings and to drive territory growth.

Responsibilities include delivering product knowledge to physicians, dietitians and nurses, launching new products and managing territory with strong administrative skills and autonomy. Travel is estimated at 10-15% as meetings and trainings occur regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years sales experience in an office or hospital setting with Health Care Professionals.
• Sales Representatives, Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs to assist with stocking pediatric products.

Our location in Jacksonville, Florida currently has an opportunity for a Pediatric Office Sales Specialist. This position is responsible for the promotion, management, and growth of Abbott Nutritional products in pediatric and obstetric office settings.

What You’ll Work On

• Developing and supporting territory sales goals in for Similac and Pediasure products
• Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines as well as the ability to deliver the information in a selling environment.
• New product launches.
• An understanding of the hierarchy of office systems with the ability to work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses and Dietitians.
• Effective administrative skills, organizing your time.
• Budget management.
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.
• Desire to be self- motivated, seeking out success at achieving both short and long term goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years sales experience in a office or hospital settings working with Health Care Professionals.
• Sales Representatives, Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs to assist with stocking and the movement of pediatric products.

Miscellaneous:

• The ideal candidate would live in the greater Jacksonville area.
• Territory includes Jacksonville, Savannah and surrounding areas.
• 10-15% travel for Regional/National meetings and trainings

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
