Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Travel to other primary care locations as needed
• High School Diploma required; post-secondary training preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff orientation, direction and evaluation.
• Ensure a satisfying patient experience and monitor patient flow.
• Coordinate staff and provider schedules; manage payroll submissions in Kronos.
• Monitor work queues, front desk functions, and month-end financials.
• Maintain OSHA, CLIA, COLA compliance and facility safety.
• Develop staff performance goals with manager.
