Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Physician Office Supervisor to support the Pediatric Specialty department. You will oversee scheduling and payroll, track physician vacation time, and maintain records of staff continuing education and certification.

In collaboration with the physician/manager, you will develop department policies, monitor budgets, and prepare staff performance reviews to ensure quality and efficiency while upholding patient care and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services related field.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience.
