Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital seeks an Associate Vice President, System Surgical Services to drive quality outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance and patient experience across surgical services.

You will support physician alignment and staff engagement, partnering with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, nursing leaders, and executive stakeholders to advance ProMedica goals and ensure safe, high-quality surgical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services.
• Active RN license in Michigan and Ohio.
• CNOR, NEA-BC, FACHE, or similar professional certification.

You support physician alignment and staff engagement and partner with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, nursing leaders and executive stakeholders to advance ProMedica goals and ensure safe, high-quality surgical care. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Skills: Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary healthcare operations
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services
• License: Active RN license in Michigan and Ohio
• Certification: CNOR, NEA-BC, FACHE, or similar professional certification
