Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license required.
• Current CPR certification and FFH-required clinical competencies/clearances.
• Pediatric or community-based therapy experience preferred when applicable to assigned patient population.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments and document findings.
• Develop individualized plans of care, treatment goals, and interventions.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions aligned with the plan of care.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities, home programs, and safety.
