SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Occupational Therapists to work in school-based and clinic environments in Bakersfield, CA. Roles involve direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

We offer full-time or part-time/per-diem opportunities, with strong clinical development, mentorship, and ongoing professional training. California licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required.
• Valid California OT license or eligibility.
• Masters or Doctorate in OT completed or in progress.
• Excellent collaboration with educators, families, and teams.
• Strong clinical skills and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of assessments and progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
