SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in California. This part-time/per-diem role offers $60–$72 per hour, with school-based and clinic settings, empowering children and families.

You’ll deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments, collaborate with educators and families, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development. California license required or eligible; masters or higher.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required or preferred.
• Eligible for California OT license.
• Passionate about school-based and pediatric settings.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
