Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a California-based pediatric group seeking licensed Occupational Therapists for school-based and clinical roles. The position is part-time/per-diem with a competitive $60–$72/hr pay range and opportunities to impact children and families.

You will work closely with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver direct therapy, perform assessments, and document progress while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience in school-based or pediatric settings is required.
• Valid California OT license or eligibility is required.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
