SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in California. Positions include full-time or part-time/per-diem roles, with compensation of $60–$72 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for California OT license; Master's or Doctorate in OT.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
