Qualifications

• Must have graduated with an Occupational Therapy degree and hold an Arizona OT license.
• Six to nine months of supervised clinical affiliations.
• Knowledge of pediatric neurodevelopmental conditions and assessment materials.
• Experience with IEPs and related service planning is a key competency.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic activities to address fine motor, visual motor, sensory motor and perceptual goals.
• Supervise COTAs and fieldwork students as allowed by state licensure.
• Administer, interpret, and document assessments impacting academics.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student goals.
• Prepare progress notes, IEP-related documentation, and reports.
