Novo Staffing is searching for a passionate Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a public school district in Phoenix, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Experience with Special Education, ASD, and pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and address limitations in student occupational performance.
• Collaborate with educators to adapt classroom activities.
• Support alternative learning methods and educational assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Promote sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-help development.
• Facilitate inclusion through customized programming.
• Assist students in building functional skills.
• Encourage participation in leisure and extracurricular activities.
