Qualifications

• Current and unrestrictive license for Occupational Therapy in California.
• Master's degree in related field.
• Ability to complete safety training within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with clinical insight and assessments (e.g., ADOS).
• Deliver therapy in-person at the clinic and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Complete documentation within designated time frames.
• Provide neurodiversity-affirming, play-based and goal-driven interventions.
• Facilitate functional, child-led experiences to achieve individualized goals.
