Job summary

Partners In Excellence in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a pediatric caseload, delivering 1:1 therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches and to coordinate treatment plans under AOTA/NBCOT standards.

The role requires accurate documentation, collaboration with the treatment team, compliance with privacy policies, and a proactive, energetic presence with children and families; Minnesota/Wisconsin licensure and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OTR/L Certification from NBCOT or AOTA and state licensure in MN and/or WI.
• Knowledge of AOTA Scope of Practice and related regulations.
• Experience working with children and strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely per regulations.
• Screen, evaluate and provide 1:1 OT treatment to clients to meet goals.
• Coordinate assessments, treatment plans and progress notes.
• Provide supervision to COTA/Ls and participate in rehab rounds.
• Maintain client confidentiality and engage with families professionally.
