Job summary

Partners In Excellence seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a high-caseload, delivering evidence-based, person-centered therapy in Minnesota or Wisconsin. You will screen, evaluate, and treat clients, coordinating individualized treatment plans while maintaining ethical, privacy-conscious care.

You will document services per facility policies and federal regulations, participate in team rounds, and mentor staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's in Occupational Therapy and OTR/L certification.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
• National board certification required (NBCOT) or AOTA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide 1:1 therapy.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat clients to improve functional skills.
• Document therapy services per facility and federal regulations.
• Coordinate treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team during rounds.
• Ensure ethical delivery of therapy and client privacy.
