HSHS/Prevea is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient pediatrics team, providing care to infants through adolescents with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and sensory-processing needs in the De Pere area. The role emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates must hold WI state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or be eligible to obtain it within six months) and have education from an accredited OT

  • BLS certification is required.
  • Experience in pediatric therapy desirable and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven therapists looking for an opportunity to improve patients’ independence, participation, and overall functional performance through therapeutic interventions. Qualified candidates will possess experience in pediatric therapy and demonstrate the ability to provide care across a broad spectrum of clinical areas, including but not limited to developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory-processing, and fine motor conditions. The role requires clinical proficiency and adaptability in treating pediatric patients across all age groups, from infancy through adolescence, with a wide range of diagnoses and functional abilities. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care.
