Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Pueblo, CO is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. The role emphasizes independent, family-centered care within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience as a COTA (preferred).
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience as a COTA
• Pediatric or home health experience
