Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Colorado, helping children reach independence and functional goals. The role emphasizes family education, collaborative care, and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year of pediatric experience (preferred)
• Home health experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Locations: Denver, Broomfield, Westminster, Federal Heights, Arvada

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

Sign On Bonus: $5,000
