Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Converse, TX is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. This role focuses on building independence and daily functioning with a supportive, mission-driven team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, collaborate with families and healthcare providers, and document care in an EMR.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
