Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy across Arlington/Grand Prairie/Irving, TX and surrounding areas.

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy.
• Perform evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, and sensory skills.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Document care in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
