Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Arlington/Grand Prairie, TX and surrounding areas. The role focuses on helping children build independence through ADLs, fine motor skills, and sensory processing, with supportive team collaboration and professional growth opportunities.

This position offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active Occupational Therapist license (Texas)

CPR certification

Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred)

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
