Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs across Texas, including Irving. The role emphasizes improving daily functioning and enabling independence within a supportive team.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), clinician-led mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
