Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), a clinician-led culture with mentorship, CEU and professional license reimbursement, and strong opportunities for growth while delivering compassionate, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in-home and community settings
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

• Home health experience
