Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Houston, TX is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

This role emphasizes helping children build independence, improve daily functioning, and reach their full potential within a supportive, mission-driven team. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available across Texas service areas.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

• Home health experience
