Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs across East El Paso and surrounding areas. You’ll work as part of a supportive, clinician-owned team focused on independence and helping children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do
