Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks OTs and COTAs to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. Clinicians provide evaluations, goal-directed treatment, and caregiver coaching to help children develop ADLs, motor and sensory skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatric experience.
• Preferred: home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
