Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs in Dallas and across Texas. You’ll evaluate, treat, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with a supportive, mission-driven culture, CEU reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on caregiver education and program growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas) required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
