Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. You’ll perform evaluations, develop goals, and deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, and motor development in the home and community.

The role emphasizes family education, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to clinical standards, with full-time and part-time schedules available across Texas.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
