Job summary

LLA Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our clinic-based team serving Northeast Ohio families. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with each patient’s learning profile.

Collaborate with families and school partners, document progress, and mentor junior staff while upholding licensing standards and our commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Ohio.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• FBI and BCI background check (on hire).
• Professional Liability Insurance recommended.
• Positive, goal-oriented and able to work with others.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and safe practices.
• Must handle stressful situations and align with company culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations on assigned patients.
• Design individualized treatment plans and materials to match the patient’s learning profile.
• Provide therapy according to the treatment plan while monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
• Document, monitor, and analyze the patient’s progress and effects of treatment.
• Educate and provide family training on the patient’s treatment plans.
• Consult and collaborate with family and other staff or supports.
• Create and submit all reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee therapy provided by certified OT assistants per licensing laws and OT practice standards.
