Job summary

United-Cerebral-Palsy-of-Greater-Cleveland is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support children across outpatient, school-based, and alternative education settings in Ohio. You will deliver skilled interventions aligned with the OTPF and family-centered practices.

You will build coaching relationships with parents, supervise assistants, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote engagement in daily activities and participation across home and school contexts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Ohio license to practice occupational therapy.
• Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT intervention in outpatient clinics, schools, and alternative education settings.
• Maintain client-centered treatment plans and progress notes aligned with OTPF.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and inter-disciplinary teams to support engagement in daily activities.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure policy compliance.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain timely documentation per billing and regulatory standards.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with stakeholders to support accessibility.
