Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and time management skills to support high-quality, individualized care.

Job description

Company Description Inspire Connections Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led pediatric practice that focuses on multi-disciplinary support for children and their families. As a small, therapist-run practice, Inspire Connections Therapy provides direct sessions, coaching, and evaluations.

Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide on-site pediatric services at our Macedonia, OH location, supporting children with diverse sensory, motor, and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating children’s occupational therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in a clear, timely manner. The role involves collaborating closely with caregivers through coaching and education, coordinating with and other professionals. An emphasis on incorporating neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approaches into therapy sessions, is required. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to team discussions, participate in trainings and community outreach as needed, and support the development of resources that promote inclusive, functional communication and participation for children and families.
