Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio (OT/PT/AT board); Occupational Therapy license required.
• CPR certification (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric/adolescent assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly with caregivers and patients, involving them in goal setting.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and determine when discharge is appropriate.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care and participate in team meetings.
