Infinite Pediatric Partners LLC is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice serving children and youth from birth through age 21. Our team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and marriage and family therapists who collaborate to support each child’s development. We provide services at our outpatient clinic in Greenwood Village, CO, as well as in private schools and in the home through local Early Intervention programs. Role Description

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting, with possible involvement in school and home-based programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating motor, sensory, and functional skills; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; and documenting progress in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support participation in daily activities, school, and community life. The therapist will provide parent and caregiver education, recommend home programs, and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and program development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for pediatric populations.


• Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention, including work with infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents across varied developmental needs.


• Skills in Sensory Integration and Working With Children, with the ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions.


• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; current or eligible Colorado OT license.


• Previous pediatric clinical experience in outpatient, school-based, or home-based settings preferred, but our strong OT mentors are willing to train a new grad.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.


• Ability to maintain organized, timely documentation and manage a caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment.


• CPR certification and familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations in pediatric therapy are beneficial.
